The 2026 POST complaint against Millikan Middle School investigator school police detective Ray Daniel Jordan whose, (hearsay as to any student statements), declaration (Dkt. 182, [Link], in USDC cv 16-09068 Kilroy v LAUSD et al.) includes a Fact Sheet and Case Summary containing falsifications by unknown authors possibly used to terminate Kilroy mid-litigation. The Case Summary states that fifty-five students wrote statements about Kilroy yet LAUSD filed none in court. The original written student statements are not attached. No declarations from them appear in any filing except three student declarations filed by Kilroy in his support. Yet LAUSD terminated kilroy and now refuses to tender in 2026 the exact termination document supposedly voted on by BOE members.
