**Public-record archive.** The materials on this page are copies of documents already filed in United States courts and available through PACER and/or the Supreme Court public docket, including redacted student-related papers from the Millikan / Louis Armstrong SSIT packet as later filed in C.D. Cal. No. CV 16-09068 (Dkt. 182 and related filings). LAUSD has treated those filed papers as public-record material. This site is not aware of any sealing order or protective order that withdraws those filed pages from the public docket.

This site republishes filed court papers. It does not collect new student statements. Original handwritten student writings were not attached to the Jordan declaration as filed. Persons who were in the October 6, 2015 class are now adults; firsthand information should go to FBI Special Agent Chad Yarbrough, chad.yarbrough@ic.fbi.gov — not to this archive.

Abrupt  mid-litigation October 6, 2015 allegations connected to a dance class at LAUSD Millikan Middle School (now Louis Armstrong Middle), Sherman Oaks, CA. , taught by Melanie Kim Weiss, where Kilroy was placed to sub. for a day.

Kilroy’s multiple uncontroverted , (uncontradicted 10 years later under penalty of perjury), declarations, [Link 1], [Link 2],  in the filings collected below, is that he did not look into the dressing area/utility closet ,(see diagram below(pending),  and did not stare at students in that class. The below  SSIT pages from LAUSD's investigator Ray Jordan  filing , (are subject to a 2026 motion to correct  clerical mistakes of the below pages  not being included under Jordan's oath, the oath signed "Rav" insted of "Ray" , and the 'pg 11 of 11" being missing if it existed -see Link To 2026 Motion),  appear to be   investigators Ray Daniel Jordan's  and/or  Julie Padilla’s write-up of interviews from the October 6, 2015 dance class at LAUSD Millikan Middle School (now Louis Armstrong Middle), Sherman Oaks, CA. , taught by Melanie Kim Weiss. Original student writings were not attached to the filing by lawyers Thomas Hurrell, Maria Tuason, and John McNulty for Jordan, [Link to caption pg.]. Compare the stamped pages below with Kilroy’s multiple uncontroverted declarations and the POST, (Police Officer Standards and Training Commission ), complaint against Jordan, [Link]. .
