2026 POST Complaint: Former LASPD Detective Ray Jordan and the 2015 SSIT Report

The POST, ( peace officer standards training commission), complaint addresses the supposed administrative investigation conducted at Millikan Middle School (now Louis Armstrong Middle School) following allegations made on October 6, 2015 in the muddle of Kilroy litigation about the cover up of witness statements supprerssion in the teacher on student classroom battery at Van Nuys High that started it all, see POST VAN NUYS HIGH page.
